Three services, one principle: everything is documented
Each service is described with its deliverable, its scope — and what is not included. That third heading is not a precaution: it is what makes the first two mean anything.
Service status as at 20 September 2026: the service is not yet open. The offerings described below, their deliverables and their prices are those that will apply when it opens. No subscription is possible today, and no data is collected or hosted. To be notified of the opening: contact@temposystem.fr.
Service 1
Access requests, exercised and evidenced
You declare your fleet — makes, models, serial numbers, accounts. We identify each data holder and its legal point of contact, draft the access request in French and English with its regulatory basis, send it through an evidenced channel, count the deadlines, follow up, and log every response — and every silence.
Deliverable
- The evidence file for each request: mandate, the exact letter, timestamps, follow-ups, response or record of silence.
- The fleet register, attachable to your DPO's record of processing activities.
- The campaign report: requests, responses, refusals, delays.
Scope
- Any connected product within the meaning of the Regulation — robots, sensors, equipment.
- Any manufacturer, cooperative or not: a documented refusal is a deliverable.
What is not included
- No promise as to the timing or content of a manufacturer's response. We guarantee diligence, not a third party's outcome.
- No individual legal advice: our templates and reports record facts, they do not argue a case.
Service 2
The copy of your data, hosted in France
When the service opens, for each manufacturer that responds or exposes an interface, the resulting feed will be collected, normalised and hosted in France. You finally see what leaves your premises: which data, to which destinations, with what retention.
Deliverable
- A dashboard of the flows: mapping, volumes, destinations.
- Export will be free, in open formats, at any time and at no cost.
Scope
- One connector per manufacturer, isolated and independently disableable.
- Encryption in transit and at rest, strict per-client separation.
What is not included
- Cutting off the flow to the manufacturer — it is not possible, and we do not sell it. You get a sovereign copy, not a seal.
- Any intervention on the product, its firmware or your network.
- Any use of your data beyond the mandated purpose — no aggregation, no statistics sold on, no model training.
This service opens manufacturer by manufacturer, in the order of those who respond — the Observatory keeps the public record of it.
Service 3
The annual fleet compliance audit
An analysis of your connected fleet against the GDPR and the Data Act, a written, signed report delivered to your DPO or your management, and tailored monitoring of the developments that concern your machines.
Deliverable
- The audit report, signed, dated, versioned.
- Regulatory monitoring applied to your fleet, not to the news in general.
Scope
- Annual renewal; interim update if the fleet changes.
What is not included
- Legal representation and litigation — that is your counsel's role, and our files are made precisely for them.
- Any service requiring an on-site presence.
