Who responds, who does not
Each quarter we publish here, manufacturer by manufacturer, what became of the data access requests we sent: how many, how many responses, and how long they took. Dated figures, never a judgement.

Methodology
- Each row aggregates the access requests based on articles 4 and 5 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, sent by us under our clients' mandate.
- A “response” is any substantive reply, favourable or not. Automatic acknowledgements do not count.
- The delay runs from the attested date of sending to the date of the first substantive reply.
- The figures are aggregated and contain no client data and no data from the products themselves.
- Each row carries its own last-updated date; previous editions remain available.
Right of reply
Any manufacturer named may request the publication of a reply or report a factual error: observatoire@temposystem.eu. A correction of a proven error is published within five working days, dated.
