Here are our data access request templates. No form, no email address to hand over: download, adapt, send. If you have to apply them across forty machines and six manufacturers, you know where to find us.

How to use them

1. Identify the data holder: most often the entity operating the product's app or cloud, or its representative in the Union.
2. Fill in the bracketed fields: identity, product, serial number, linked account, data requested, recipient.
3. Send through a channel whose date you can prove — registered electronic or postal mail.
4. Keep everything: the request, proof of sending, every response. Silence is documented too: record your follow-ups and their dates.
