Our compliance
What we require of others, applied to ourselves
You would be entrusting your data flows to a provider: here is exactly where they would live, who touches them, and for how long.
- Hosting
- Dedicated servers operated by OVHcloud, located in France. No client data is processed or stored outside the European Union.
- Processors
- Public and exhaustive list — to date:
- OVHcloud (France) — server hosting.
- Retention
- Short by default: the data of a closed mandate is deleted after 90 days, unless the client instructs otherwise in writing. The evidence logs (requests, responses, timestamps) are kept for the duration of the mandate and then handed to the client. Deletion is complete and attested.
- Internal logging
- Every access by a member of our team to a client's data is logged. No client data is present in our development environments.
- This site
- No cookies, no trackers, no third-party resources — no fonts, no scripts, no analytics. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
- Contact
- Data protection officer and fleet audit requests: dpo@temposystem.eu. We respond within five working days. For an audit request, state the approximate size of the fleet and the main makes; this information is used only to prepare our reply and is deleted if you do not proceed.
