Published prices, published rules
The Register is the heart of the offering, and it depends on no one: we send, we timestamp, we document — silence included. The Mirror sits on top, and is billed only from the first access actually obtained: as long as no holder opens one, you pay only for the Register. Prices excluding tax, per month, twelve-month term; paying annually gives two months free.
Service status as at 20 September 2026: the service is not yet open. The offerings described below, their deliverables and their prices are those that will apply when it opens. No subscription is possible today, and no data is collected or hosted. To be notified of the opening: contact@temposystem.fr.

What each tier means
Four levels of control
- Discovery — €0, with no time limit
- The templates, the Data Act Thetter, and manual tracking of three requests: you record dates, follow-ups and responses yourself, with your own documents. The information entered is self-declared — we guarantee its integrity in storage, we do not verify the steps you take. This is not a trial: it is a starting point.
- Register — €190, standalone
- We carry out the process for you: requests drafted with their legal basis cited, evidenced sending, timestamping, follow-ups, factual characterisation of responses, an enforceable evidence file. A holder who never replies does not diminish the value of this tier: documented silence is precisely the deliverable. It is the only part of the arrangement that depends on no third party — it produces its value whether the manufacturer cooperates or not.
- Mirror — €490, on top of the Register
- When the service opens, for every holder that opens a usable access, the copy of your data will be collected and hosted in France. You remain the owner of your copy: free export at any time, configurable retention period, attested deletion. Mirror is billed only from the first technically operational access — we do not charge for empty hosting.
- Institution — from €1,200
- The arrangement at organisation scale: several entities, delegations, governance policies and reporting, annual audit included, named contact. The price depends on the number of entities, products, data holders and governance requirements — write to us with your number of entities and the size of your fleet for an estimate.

An access industrialised for one client then serves everyone — this is stated, not hidden: the first client of a given holder funds the opening, later ones benefit from it. In return, the initial funder receives twelve months of additional products free of charge.
Billing rules
Written here, not discovered in the terms
- No exit penalty. Two months' notice; a written reminder 90 days before the term ends — no silent automatic renewal.
- Full return of data on exit, in open formats, free of charge, within 30 days. A company that sells portability cannot lock its clients in.
- The compensation owed to data holders (provided for by the Regulation) is re-invoiced to the euro, with supporting evidence, with no margin whatsoever — and always shown separately from our own service on the invoice.

- We never promise a holder's response. We guarantee diligence and proof of the process, not the outcome from a third party.
