Accessibility statement

TEMPOSYSTEM undertakes to make its site accessible, in the spirit of the French Référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité (RGAA 4.1) and of the WCAG principles.

Conformity status

Non-compliant

The site temposystem.eu has not yet undergone an RGAA conformity audit. Without an audit, no conformity — full or partial — can be declared. Accessibility was nonetheless built in from the start: semantic structure, keyboard navigation, contrast, text alternatives, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. An RGAA audit will be carried out; its date is not yet fixed.

This accessibility effort is voluntary. TEMPOSYSTEM, an independent initiative, publishes this statement out of transparency and commitment, not under an obligation imposed upon it.

Automated measurement of 22 September 2026

Every public page of this site has been passed through our own measuring instrument: 38 pages, 532 checks covering the fourteen RGAA criteria that can be established on the served document.

This measurement is not conformity, and does not replace it. Automated rules cover roughly 30 % of the RGAA criteria; actual contrast, tab order, JavaScript-injected content, the relevance of alternative texts and behaviour under a screen reader all require rendering, interaction or human judgement. An automated measurement establishes failures; it never establishes conformity. The status declared above therefore remains “non-compliant” until a full audit has taken place.

The instrument, its list of limits and the detail of the measurement are published: see “The proof”.

Non-accessible content

No automated failure remains as of today. The full list of non-conformities will be established after the first human audit and published here.

How this statement was drawn up

Statement drawn up on 1 September 2026, updated on 19 September 2026. It rests on a self-assessment of design choices, completed since 19 September by a dated and reproducible automated measurement, whose instrument is published. It will be updated after the full RGAA audit.
