Ordering. Each service is the subject of a written quotation issued before any order, setting the scope audited, the deliverables, the lead time and the price. The quotation is valid for thirty days. You pay on delivery: the invoice is issued when the deliverables are handed over, payable within thirty days.
Lead time. Five working days from acceptance of the quotation, for a scope agreed in writing.
VAT. Prices excluding tax. As TEMPOsystem is under the French VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the General Tax Code), VAT does not apply and does not appear on invoices.
